Good Mobile Website Development Companies?

Are there any out there? I honestly can't find a single one - there are lots of companies out there with a portfolio full of good mobile apps, but I can't find one with a portfolio full of good mobile websites. I've seen several companies with portfolios of shitty looking mobile websites, but I'm looking for a company that can development a super nice mobile website similar to m.facebook.com , m.digg.com , m.yahoo.com , m.cnbc.com , or m.youtube.com! Any suggestions?
