A relative asked me for a good book on the subject. I think it should be something that adequately covers various channels like: PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, E-mail, Adware, Affiliate, Incentivized. Also creatives, optimization, landing pages, branding and integration with offline marketing.

Any suggestions?

Internet marketing is such a wide topic that i doubt there is a good book written about it. You have search engine marketing, seo, media buying, email, social sites etc etc etc - there is just so many routes that someone can go when it comes to internet marketing. I suggest picking a topic of interest and researching it online rather then buying a book.

I think WF is a great resource. But my relative would like a paperback. She's not gonna be an affiliate, she just wants to get like a really good overview of things so that she can do her 9-5 better. I have a feeling that a good, comprehensive paperback does exist on this topic.

Internet marketing changes pretty quickly so by the time a book was written, edited, published and distributed it'd be obsolete. I haven't bought a book since I learned to use a search engine.

Adding to what Raw pointed out above, Google Adwords for Dummies is probably one of the best "all-in-ones". It's almost exlusively PPC focused but covers basic marketing concepts very well (e.g. lead gen, front-end, backend, LCV, etc.).

Once you know the above basics the rest are just technicalities & different forms of traffic/lead generation.
