Hello guys. Today I've checked GoDaddy's Closeouts list and found that there are many valid domains with PR1-2. Maybe you'll find this list usefully.
The list contains PR2 valid domains that can be bought at GoDaddy for $5-$12 (+ renewal fee). All these domains will be available within 2-6 hours after this post was made.

I want to get feedback from you:
1. Is this information useful for you?
2. Would you like to get this information regularly?

And now, the list:

The list is really useful, thanks. Can you let us know how to search for this kind of domains in godaddy
It's very easy.
First of all, you should get full list of closeouts. You can get it from GoDaddy's ftp ftp://auctions@ftp.godaddy.com (no password, just click 'ok'). Then, you should check them all. :cool2:
Also you can use online services like dropday.com or similar. But they're paid and often don't provide information about available domains with valid PR.
I'll try to update this list. If you guys find it useful, I'll launch paid service for little fee.

Okay, guys. Here are three lists. You can open them as csv
1. Domains with valid PR that will be dropped today.
2. List - is list of todays GoDaddy closeouts domains with PR2
3. Todays Godaddy auctions domains with PR2+

Important! Please check PR before buying. PRs were checked for domains names without www. Sometimes domain name with www. has fake PR or lower PR. Aslo, sometimes it's not possible to check if PR is valid (google answers nothing to 'info:domain.name' query).

P.S. Please, leave feedback. Are these lists useful? Do you want to get them regularly?

I have domainface account and it's nice service. But it don't show a lot of nice domains. For example this nice PR3 domain is avaliable now in auctions. but domainface don't know about it (or maybe i just can't find it): swissmadebakery.com. Also it don't show PR2 alphaleas.com that is avaliable is closeouts.

Compared to last year, I'm already seeing the expired name prices going up for high quality names. Services like these are what is causing the prices to go up.

Just a request, don't give the list out for free, just charge something. Any charge will do. Else, there will be stupids who just bid on all the names on the list hoping to get one or 2, but ends up raising the price.

I do it to understand is this information really useful. I think in future I will make paid service.
Thanks for your feedback, guys!

this thread should be close for giving too much information.
should be a paid service to prevent misuse :)

It'll not change too much to be worried. You can buy pr2 domain from other just for 12 to 20. And their value is better than domain that list here.

true indeed , with the renewal fee and the auction fee - you are facing around $20 , which is the market price for PR2 domain anyway.

still a good share though

Lists of PR2 domains are useful for those who are looking for PR2 domains. Personally, I prefer to go for age + a KW in the domain rather than worry about PR. Its easy to use Godaddy's own search to go through the closeouts and its surprising what turns up on most days.

You still have to do due diligence on any domain you're going to buy and a domain with a good backlink profile is vital if its going to keep whatever PR its got, or get better (when you send it some high PR links).

Forgot to mention, the free version of SEO Spyglass is pretty good for investigating a domain's backlink profile. It doesn't get them all like Majestic, but hey, its free!
