Any creative people out there? The Global Art Project for peace is a global art exchange that began in 1994 and happens every two years. You don't have to have a project finished until April 2007, but the registration is due in a couple days. If you live outside the US and Canada, there is NO registration fee, just the cost of mailing your project for the art exchange.
