The person was in the office. Didnt close them. They went online and google your company. Found the other site.
Then joined that community (left sidebar) or emailed them (in some stories) and then got introduced to the other attorney that puts out that site....
They told them some negatives about your company. Asked some questions and learned goals. Answered the goals and closed the sale.
