What Power Would a PR8 DoFollow EDU Backlink
with Low OBL Give You??

I stumbled on a nice little surprise earlier today and got myself a nice, juicy PR8 EDU link with anchor text. Yep, the page PR is 8 and it is DoFollow (checked by NoDoFollow plugin, manual right-click/properties check in Firefox). In fact, there are multiple pages to use.

So do you want your own PR8 EDU DoFollow backlink? Oh and the page I used only has like 8 OBL! I won't guarantee you that amount of OBL, but I do guarantee there won't be a lot of them. These pages are all on the same domain.

I don't want to ruin these pages, so the links will be limited dependent upon how many good pages I find (if I end up needing to search out more of them). I'm sorry, but I also won't put viagra links and such on them. I hate when I find an incredible page, but there's viagra on it :nopenope: If you're doing well in that kind of niche, more power to you and glad you're making bank - but ya.

Velightful contacted me about half an hour ago about reviewing this. Gave her a keyword. 10 minutes later, she sent me a link to my link.

PR 8 on an AUTHORITY .edu site. Dofollow. 17 OBL links on the page but if you understand anything about page segmentation, it's only 6. If you need some quality links, these are those.

Hold up.

I checked the links I got in the Scrapebox pagerank checker and they come up as having fake PR. True PR is 0.

Other tools say its legit pr8, so I'll assume Velightful didn't realize the problem.

Anyway, gonna have to retract my review above!

This thread is suspended. After a few hours of digging, I found the problems and have found substitute (not PR8, but some PR5 and such ;) ) offers that I may update with.

Yeah, only the main domain is PR8. It looks like the way the pages are structed on the site, it makes the google toolbar and some other pr checking tools show the pr of the main domain on all the pages.

Yeah, fooled me checking it with three separate tools. I know Veronica is working hard to make up for her mistake and I apologize for any confusion my review caused. I'm still stoked on having a dofollow link from that authority site, regardless of on page PR. Should have known a page PR of 8 on a domain PR8 didn't make sense. Durr. :(
