Don't kid yourself...just because there's a nofollow tag you think that google doesn't follow the link? And it also looks natural to have both dofollow and nofollow links. There's plenty of case studies that show plenty of value and ranking improvement solely from nofollow links.
 
Here is my review

I received my report in a few hours and it was as stated

I manually checked several wikis and they got some footprints that can easily detected by G, all of them use mediawiki with default theme and also the same username was used as is in all wikis created

I don't think this will help in SERP(but that's just an assumption its too early to tell) but these are good for link diversity

As for the price I think its a bit high, a reasonable price would be $10-$15
