I got a free review. I believe in honest reviews so here goes.

Good stuff:
-PR of the actual page was PR4 (not just the domain)
-This is an actual .edu link, not .edu.xxx or whatever
-Super fast delivery

The bad:
-Several hundred OBLs and growing fast
-My anchor text was initially posted incorrectly (fixed as noted above)
