Yes, review copy are still there, Package A and Package C, choose the best suited you. Forum posting will be lived with your desired signatures, if any get deleted will be happy to replaced.

No bot postings are there, yes highly active and moderated forums. we are doing decently written posting in these forums, sure, the posts will sticky with your desired keywords with URLs in signature.
