I've always wondered...is it possible to build an income in this game and sell it on eBay and make an actual living doing so?

This is hilarious.

The louder they talk into the mic, the more dopamine is being released into my brain.

PS - can they get into fights in 2nd life? Like Im at part where he's talking shit - can he actually punch him or anything? Cuz limited escalation is no fun - you should be able to take a bulldozer and fuck up their house. THAT'S a game I'd play.

I was active in Second Life years ago during its beta and soon after.

You can make decent money, but only a few have made serious money. I created items and sold them in-world. I also, at one point, owned 7 private islands and charged people rent to have their homes there. All in all, I made a few thousand dollars. I know some people, mostly housewives, who did it as a part-time stay-at-home job who probably made $10k/year. A few bigtimers made hundreds of thousand of dollars. One woman, whose avatar name is Anshe Chung, owned about half the world and has made a few million.

It's lots of effort though, not really something you can set then forget. In the last several years, it's been pretty unsustainable as the population plummeted and the markets have been deluged by things created and sold for pennies by Chinese companies.

I cant seem to find how to get into peoples houses.

This looked too fun not to replicate - but I was just in some public.. beachy-areas.

2 people did ask if I was estaban tho, dat guy gets around.

Esteban is fucking comedy gold. Whomever that is deserves the troll of the year award.

There must be some good ways. Spend a few days trolling SL forums to find out. All I know is you can use SL$ to buy bitcoins and SL$ can be purchased with paypal. So, that's how you buy bitcoins with paypal, but fees will add to a lot in this case.

Edit: How about selling bitcoins at a fat margin inside SL?

I cannot stop watching this mother fUcker.

We should chip in some coins and create an island or a land, create some interesting gimmick on it and troll people.

Would be funnier, cause in this case, there would be much more power than what Esteban has. We would be the ones ejecting people, not other way around.

NSA Sent Undercover Agents to Spy on 'World of Warcraft'

"Agents also infiltrated the then-popular online roleplaying game Second Life, where undercover agents tried to recruit informants amid concerns that its unregulated economy could be used to launder money. Since the number of undercover agents was so high, per the leaked documents, the agencies involved — including the CIA and FBI — had to ensure they didn't step on each other's toes and pursue the same leads."
