Germany chargebacks on dating traffic

Hey
Did anyone experienced a high chargebacks rate on German dating traffic? Is this normal or looks like fraud?

We have a quite high CB rate and seems it is very easy for German people to do chargebacks within 6 months or so!

Is there any solution?
