it's not. banks re-stock ATMs frequently, and the amount in the ATM goes by location. Why would you even put 100k in a pub ATM? There's no way you went through that in a single day.

My boss says that there are people out there with more wealth than Gates, Slim, Buffet, etc...they just never get talked about and keep their wealth private.

There are probably some corrupt dictators and drug lords who have 11 figures of wealth.
1) ATMs dont hold more than 20K-30K at once, they are restacked though

the top 10 is significant for the novice, but there is much more when it come to wealth
if you transfer money to a charity, it is a good way to avoid large taxes. In fact sometimes it is better to send the money to a charity than being taxed on it
if you know a charity or NGO that you want to help, it is a good business practice to give them some money just before being taxed, to help your community differently
the Bill gates foundation have done an incredible job in India, even the Indian authorities have a hard time to accept their work on a sensitive subject

the vaccines case is a little complicated subject,
i don't think there is a pro and anti vaccine position to take on this, but more per case
mercola had some interresting insights on his website about the vaccines
i agree that there are good vaccines, like H1N1 and the ones that are created within 6 months to the market for obvious profits
but the one that Bill Gates refer are the ones that really saves life,
the dangers of vaccines is mercury and others contaminations
i personally took 10 vaccines in 2001 while visiting India for the first time, it didn't killed me, just got some milk allergy, i was unaware of the good and bad ones at this time
but saying that all the vaccines are dangerous is a non educated position, especially if you visit some Asian or African countries, where vaccines can save life
if you have something to say about Bill Gates or you know some facts about him, just tell it as it is with some facts
