since your not sharing the latest episode of Entourage, i wouldn't worry to much with torrents, but there always peer gaurdian if your worried about who 's connecting to you.
 


I use peer guardian 2.

But if you're distributing the file by uploading it, how're you going to get viruses?

Are you refering to iFrame viruses from weird torrent sites?
Then stay away from them.

Last I checked, I wasn't aware that PDFs could get infected with viruses.

Oh, and I think it's a given that you're distribution PDFs, and not word documents.......

If you're doing dating or adult type offers, you can google for adult photo stock, or adult images and buy a couple of sets to use for your ebooks.

I am thinking that a bunch of pictures and aff links might convert well for some niches...

Yes, I'm distributing a PDF, I'll be sure to get peer guardian.

I was just checking if there is anything to watch out for.

Anyone know how to stop adobe from popping up the Security Warning "The document is trying to connect...If you trust...Allow or block"

I think this might stop some people from continuing to your affiliate link.

I have never hid the fact that I market info products.

I mentioned it the first day I stepped in here.

At ASW, I openly said what I do, and that I was looking at doing CPA Marketing which is why I'm here.

I have always playing "both sides of the fence".

Anyways, as long as I'm not asking anyone here to buy my stuff, why should it bother you?

Some people look at it like having "The Rich Jerk" as a guide here. Even though he's not peddling his ebook here, its the fact that Jon is so against Ebook guru's, and we're wondering why he would appoint one of those as a guide here?

You make the mistake of asuming Jon is against all eBooks when he is not, ask him, listen to him on webmaster radio, look at his blog posts, over and over again he clearly said he is against "Internet Marketing eBooks" that rip people off, he even said he doesn't care about the rest of them.

Game eBooks, Programming eBooks, ect thousands of good information is in eBooks, its just that the internet marketing eBooks seemed overly filled with complete SHIT.

There is no problem creating/marketing an eBook as long as its worth the price and provides decent information, if its free then who the fuck cares what kind of info it is your not getting ripped off.

Props to Andrew for doing it, fuck I'll be the second to admit I've done it in the past and still pull in random sales from it, I find that the $18 to $24 dollar payout offers bring in the most, I don't know why but I'm concluding that payouts in those ranges (depending on your affiliate network), make it easier to get the conversion (eMail address only, zip code submits, phone number submit, ect).

I know Jon isn't against ALL ebooks. But, people like the Rich Jerk, or any of the other countless ebooks that claim to make you major money via the internet is what I mean. Sounded like Andrew's ebook fell into that category, if not, my apologies.
