So, I owe $26,000 in taxes for last year. And I tool like $100k in write offs. Only thing I didn't write off is silly shit like gas mileage, office space in the house, etc.

....have about $4,000 in the bank right now. Also haven't paid for this quarter yet.....

FML...I feel fairly nauseous. I am going to have to live like a hobo now until I pay this shit off.

All I keep hearing/picturing in my mind are these OWS faggots babbling about people paying their fair share and it fucking fills me with rage and anger.

I feel ya brotha.

I owed about $20k to the Feds and another $5000 the state. Plus LLC tax, plus $3500 property tax, plus this quarters tax of $12,000 (which they aint getting). It's enough to make a nigga broke I tell ya.

I'm very good about stashing away 50% of each months income to cover this shit, but it still sucks when you pay quarterly's all year and still owe $25k.

I owed the IRS like 85k for penalties and shit bc I didn't report my stock trades one year. Took about 8 months to clear it up and 1k in fees.

It sounds like you need to go write-off everything you can. You can easily write off 4k in fuel and another 5k in entertainment&stuffs.

You need to talk to a CPA sooner than later. IRS penalties & interest is insane.

Not sure if srs but if so that's sad cause it probably means you won't be self-employed for much longer. Anyone who is self-employed REALLY has to learn the art of stashing lots of cash for rainy days and taxes. Life is full those 'oh shit' days where you have to shell out thousands of dollars to fix some bullshit. And being self-employed means your income could be high one week and almost nothing another week. So stash!

I'm not kidding, I am HORRID with money. However, I have actually very stable and consistent income. But yea, I am fucking retarded with money. Grew up super poor so now I spend it like a fucking trailer park idiot who won the lottery.

Dude just think of all the things you get for those taxes, I mean, really you owe them more. Here's just a few of the things you get for your tax dollars. Substandard schools, roads in disrepair, taking shit from government workers, losing 20% of your mail, no medical care, and a corrupt political system. Oh and weapons, shit tons of weapons.
