Some reputable networks run offers internally before making them available to affiliates just to make sure they don't suck.

also now that i look back on it this is probably one of the shadiest networks out there from the get go. They make you pay via paypal. Obviously to cover there asses from charge backs.

If you paid with paypal via AMEX, you can charge that bitch back with no problem. AMEX and paypal don't play nice together, paypal is AMEXs little bitch. Now if you paid your paypal via Discover? Your fucked. Paypal and Discover card have a deal that Discover card doesn't accept charge backs from paypal, unless is something serious like fraud or something like that.

I learned the hard way with Discover card, them worthless fuckers. I paid for some telemarketing service through paypal via Discover card and never got the services. I disputed the charge with Discover card and they pretty much told me I was SOL. That was the last time I used my Discover card.
