Most PHP coders run windows, so they use a combination of some text editor, and an FTP client, to do everything. The idea of a shell is foreign to them.

What type of stupid faggot cunt, decides that cut/paste folders is a bad idea, and that it shouldn't give the option to merge folders on copy. Not to mention they couldn't even code a sticky keys feature properly, so that pressing cmd+tab five times, doesn't activate it....
