wow that has to be one of the saddest things I have ever seen. Although you could always hire them to get you a bunch of friends and then sell the useless account to an unwitting spammer.
 
Why would anyone need to pay for this? All you need to do is accept the adds from all the spambots, and you'll have plenty of model-like "friends" on your profile.
