This is hosting at a reseller level and you have to imagine that anything free is going to attract a lot of attention, can't be any worse than HostGator's joke of a Black Friday sale where the website was inaccessible for the whole 2 minutes it was live I suppose.

There's a 5th email with subject line "New Account Information" that has everything you're looking for. Had to fish mine out of junk mail.

I've been using their services the past few months and have had 0 problems. As far as this deal, I'm not sure how you can't find your details but if not then just login to your whoahost client account and the details are on there as well.
