Alright, gittar has sent his report today, here is the review:

Delivery time: 100%
The payment was sent to him on the 15th-16th, and he said 3-7 days which was right on time.
Accuracy: 100%
Declared 100 profiles, with PR4-9, Publicly visible: He supplied a detailed report with main domain,PR, profile URL, user/pass, and more than 100 profiles, all are with the KWDs that were requested.

Now all needs to be done is to look for getting closer to desired SERP location...
