Just read it and here's my review:
1. Start by choosing a niche, such as plumbers. He said that smaller biz owners such as plumbers, builders, electricians, etc are easier to target because they are "one man band". Look in the yellow pages for ideas.
2. Research by going to Google keywords. He found "websites for plumbers" 22 searches a month on average, "marketing for plumbers" 58 searches a month on average. Seem low but these are very targeted.
Now find specific online forums for your niche and also classified sites where
businesses post classified ads daily. The reason for this is we can target businesses in need of more marketing and whom are actively marketing their businesses right now. They haven’t
paid for an ad in the yellow pages a few months ago they are proactively
advertising their businesses right now. So these classified sites are a
goldmine of leads. A lot of people overlook this. He uses craigslist and gumtree.
3. Setup squeeze pg. on a keyword rich domain. He uses plumbingmarketingadvice.com. Get autoresponder. He included a free report to give away in exchange for their email address.
4. Setup your e-mail marketing structure. He gives examples of five emails.

Not a bad ebook. He gives good details and he seems to know what he's talking about. I think it would work and you wouldn't have to go door to door looking for customers. I give it 8/10.
