That guy really had nothing to do with it. The backstory was how that piece of shit Piers Morgan (CNN host) went on and on how the flu vaccine would not give you the flu. He got the flu shot and days later had the flu.
So that shows that someone who gets the flu shot can still get the flu, it does not show that the flu shot gave him the flu.

Out of curiosity: did your parents get you vaccinated as a child against polio? Also, what about meningitis C, tetanus, diptheria, measles, mumps and rubella?
It does seem some vaccinations are dubious, but there are core vaccinations which are critical. There are so many examples. I mean do you know how rabies has been *almost* completely wiped out in the world? Through vaccination. And all those diseases above too.. almost completely gone. And rabies has a 100% fatality rate - except for 7 people in modern times who survived with a pioneering chemically induced coma technique. And the vaccine? It's 100% effective if administered properly.
You should see what happened when the UK had a dodgy press episode about MMR (measles etc). Some people decided to stop having the vaccination for their kids.. and some years later more people got the disease. This really is causation. Check out Ben Goldacre's book Bad Science. If everyone stopped these core vaccinations, eventually those diseases would come back.
How about yellow fever? How do you think your immune system would enjoy that ride? Or hepatitis? People who work in hospitals and similar environments have their lives saved by this vaccination. Or typhoid?

I really wonder what Jonas Salk would make of a comment like that, not to mention all the other vaccine researchers in history, including the ones who tested their vaccines on themselves. Madness or dedication, I don't care. I appreciate their work.

It's one thing to talk about the science behind vaccines... but if you can't trust the companies involved, there are other concerns. Drug companies and their revolving door government counterparts are some of the biggest dirtbags on the planet.

Anyone remember the big swine flu epidemic? What if you are being vaccinated for things that actually present no threat? Do all of the vaccination advocates here really trust big drug companies to act in the best interest of customers? Is that what you see happening around you?
Are you for real? 400 UI is recommended there? I have a bottle of 75 pills and they're all 1000 UI worth of vitamin D, so that's weird. Most likely you're going to fall ill and die on those miniscule doses.
