Flipping or Sellng Domains

I have just registered a domain name that is in direct relation to a breaking news event regarding a wedding for a first daughter (JennaBushWedding).

I personally feel I would get the maximum return if I sell the domain or auction it off since it is actually news now.

What are your all's opinion on it? Should I keep it or sell it off to a news org? Any input on this new area for me would be great.

I'd say develop it yourself and milk it for what its worth then flip it once the news starts to die down.

You won't be able to sell it for as much of course, but developing it yourself *could* yield a greater return.

I suppose it depends on the amount of work you want to put into it.
