Feeling energyless

Not this juicing bullshit again, you feel great and full of energy cos you just consumed 200 grams of sugar from the fruit. Drink 4 cans of coke and you'll be full of energy too.

lol you're an idiot. Please keep thinking that and don't start juicing. we need you to hurry up and die off so that the human race can continue to evolve in a positive direction.

Any tips for boosting energy/productivity? On days off from my 9-5, I just want to sit down and read/watch brainless stuff.

First you have to determine what you're trying to achieve. Writing it down creates a sense of purpose.

If your desires are strong enough, you'll summon up the energy to get it going in the right direction.

Other stuff will just treat your body like a yo-yo ball, up and down.

For more detailed advice, you need to look closely at your lifestyle choices and diet.

Try:

proper rest without watching TV

Shutoff your smartphone while you're sleeping

Try simple breathing exercise to send oxygen down your body's cells

Just the basics to get you going.

Okay, will do. Good luck to your pancreas. Fruit isn't as nature intended, humans have selectively cultivated it to be fleshy and sweet (full of sugar). 101 grams of sugar here mate. "oh but its natural sugar", please keep thinking that too.

"Juicing" does not automatically = fruit.

It's not rocket science. Your body processes refined sugars differently from natural sugars. Sugars from fruits are metabolized differently when eaten whole (not juiced) because of the fiber they contain. Let's not forget the vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants fruit provides. I hear people all the time claiming fruit is bad for you, but that's a complete load of bullshit. Fruit makes up an important part of any healthy diet.

The broscience in this thread made me throw up in my mouth a little.

What works for some won't work for others.

Organize, prioritize, figure it out. You're a big boy.

A buddy of mine once gave me one of his kids ADHD pills. I was up all night, mopping floors at 2 am. If I could figure out a way to score some of that stuff I'd be doing it everyday.
