Yea I just tried to sent a PM and it said the user has either chosen not to receive them or has been banned. Project completion time was 72 Hrs for the 100 pack and it's been at least 120.

I would have paid after but the OP had 19 iTrades so I wasn't really worried about it.

So he's banned?

I'll email him right now and see if he still plans on delivering the work or if he's going to be getting a bunch of disputes. I'll update what or if I hear anything back.
 
He mailed back and said he will be delivering all reports over the next few days and not to worry. He got back to me same day so I think were cool.

I have no idea why he was banned? He's been a member for almost 2 years, has some iTrades Ect. He must have done something pretty sketchy.

I'll follow up when I receive the report....
