FBML tab for fan page

Looking for someone that would be interested in doing some FBML work, i need a tab for a business page where users can submit info and then all of the info will be sent to an email address. If anyone can do this please contact me for more details and rate for doing so. Or if you know anywhere i can purchase something like this please let me know.

create it with jotform.com and they give you instructions and code for facebook as well as anywhere else you would want to put the form.

fbml is going away...

I think FBML is deprecated. Might want to look into doing it the new way (whatever that is).

We are in the process of deprecating FBML. If you are building a new application on Facebook.com, please implement your application using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. You can use our JavaScript SDK and Social Plugins to embedded many of the same social features available in FBML. While there is still functionality that we have not ported over yet, we are no longer adding new features to FBML.
