If you link with a referrer, I have no way of telling if you're trying to make an extra buck or if they really are a good service.

Yep. Same company. Resellerzoom is just for people who are either going to be hosting others' sites or multiple sites of their own.

I ended up going with resellerzoom after my dreamhost site started to timeout again. You cant beat dreamhost's prices.. but goddamn do I hate their lag.
