This shit makes me furious. First thought is they need to throw her in jail for years for ruining this guys life. But then you think stories like these could deter women who were actually raped from coming forward for looking like they just want a fat paycheque. It also deters women who wrongfully accused a man of rape from actually coming forward and admitting their wrongdoing for fear of being locked up, which means the convicted person will serve their whole sentence.
I'm not defending her actions, but rape laws need to be looked at very closely. And she should DEFINITELY pay back what is left of the $1.5m including any assets.

My dad told me a story about his friend at a fraternity. This slutty girl liked this guy and went in a room and willingly banged and blowed like 5 guys in a row trying to get to the one she liked.
He eventually had sex with her last, and later she asked if he would walk her to her dorm (it was snowing) and he told her no. She got so hurt and pissed, that she filed a rape charge on him.
He got kicked out of the school and banned from the campus or something (His dad was the dean there btw) and it wasn't till years later she admitted it didn't happen.
