Fincher is my second favourite modern director (behind Nolan)! Love what he did with Fight Club, Se7en, The Game, Zodiac etc. I'm sure he won't fluff this one.

Movie is based off of The Accidental Billionaires... same author as Taking Down the House ("21")
That actually looks really good. But I was already going to see it as soon as I heard Fincher was directing, I'll watch anything he does. Always.
had my doubts but checked the trailer and it looks better than I expected.

I'm a huge Fincher fan (and forgive Aliens 3).
But this just looks like a better produced Pirates of Silicon Valley. Except Pirates did this concept first, and this movie looks like they're trying to attract the PG-13s "ooh, angsty kids with sarcastic response" original. or not.
ICQ's story would have been more fun. Or a movie about viral marketing.
But "going outside" to watch a movie about facebook is...
