SUMMARY::
I am testing a theory about how account CTR history effects CPC suggested bids and by what amount and was wondering if you guys could give me a hand.

1. Setup a new ad in your facebook account
2. leave everything default
3. Select "United States" as country
4. Select Age 40-40
5. Select Women Only
6. Select "Exact Age Match"

And then reply to this thread with the suggested bid range and the time you ran the test. If you are not comfortable posting it, feel free to PM me and I will put together a "results" thread.

To make it easy, reply like this:
10:15AM Central - Suggested Bid: 3.01 - 5.13 USD

HISTORY::
I run many ads as CPM. I have very low ctrs .02-.01 and am ok with that because of the CPM model. I have recently started testing some CPC ads as well and have had really high suggested bids in the US market.

Any data you can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Suggested Bid:

0.55 - 0.96 USD
12:16 PM PST

My accounts lifetime ctr is .125 on 2.6 billion impressions.

I think people should include this data as well and anything else they feel could effect their cpc bid. Just posting bids is close to pointless.

I do completely agree but I felt a little uncomfortable asking for so much data. One thing to note is that CTR has a strong impact on bid prices. As soon as I saw your response, I went and checked again and this account is suggested at 3.19 - 5.53 USD. You can see a huge difference in our suggested bid prices even though this account is 99% CPM traffic.

Thanks for sharing!

As I stated before I run mainly CPM stuff, this account has had 398Mil impressions at a .025% CTR.

Feel free to update if you feel comfortable.

Better Yet...

If you don't want people doing the math, figuring out how many clicks you had, and then pestering you about "tips" and crap, feel free to PM me and I will keep names confidential and do generic posts here.

Thanks again all that have shared!

Where can you view the account lifetime ctr and impressions? Do you have to create a report for this?
