Why would you even post this on here? There are Facebook Reps scouting this the forum on a weekly basis. You just killed all your chances on your company getting away, since you basically confessed to it right here.
Treat FB and most other AM activities like porn; know the law regarding it. Know the terms and policies you agreed to. Further if they knew everything, there would be no need to ask. Plus unless they are going to sue you for something they must prove what you did and that you did it. Also before going to court there must be an opportunity to resolve the issue privately. Which is what they are almost doing in a backhanded way. Depending on your business model and capital ignoring it may not be an option.

Also the lawyers send out stuff because they are paid to do so by their employers. FB policy does not equal breaking the law. However as stated before you need to know the law regarding what you are doing. The same as if you were running a porn site.
They can ban you keep you out or whatever as they see fit. Unless you are breaking the law or contract via the policy and terms you agreed to and they can prove it in a court of law your money should be safe.
