Mike, everyone knows I'm self-serving. I love to promote my business and make money for the clients and companies I work for. I'm a marketing and advertising guy. If you are in this industry to do anything else, you better leave it. I love what I do, and I love working for my clients.
Yeah, my personal blog sucks. I'll live with it.

I didn't know that, I will mention again and update. Not a good idea to comment in forums, makes everoyne look like retards.

You can see from the time stamps he emailed me immediately after my response to this thread above.
Carlos or Pace whatever his name is this month still has not done the right thing and addressed my post below about his incorrect comments, he also didnt address why facebook is now booting affiliate networks from their ad platform.
Well then... how does FB intend to get anyone else to advertise through them...... there is no one left ;P
a lot of people tend to forget about the straight-up business looking to advertise their product or service. i think they are left...
i think the whole issue is that affiliate marketers tend to trick people into buying something so they can get the commission. i mean, it's essentially lying. that is what facebook and google don't like. they're trying to improve the quality of the web. i bet you'll be fine using facebook for affiliate marketing if you do it in a better way instead of making your lander a flog with all sorts of fake testimonials. aff marketers should try making a real blog with real reviews of products, then their site will be of value to the online community AND they'll make some money off of the commissions AND they won't get banned from facebook.

Yea because all the testimonials and reviews you see in the media are real.
Ehhh, Facebook is becoming more of a failure than Myspace. They really should learn how to accept and not reject. Oh lookie, I madez a rhymie.
public recognition, community participation etc. They send their reps to affiliate marketing conferences and they show up at parties to talk shop, what's the point of that if we don't "fit into their long term growth plan”?
You just have to know how to market on Facebook correctly. It can be done successfully and many marketers are making full time income just from Facebook alone. If you're interested in a Facebook Marketing product check out my signature.
