Facebook Ad Manager down?

uh-oh. i can't seem to submit any new ads to facebook. i get this message. "There was an error There was a problem processing your request. Please try again."

anyone else getting the same or did they ban me?

i dont get it. ive heard from others that its workng ok. im not booted because i still have active ads. just cant submit anything new since last night.

perhaps this is retribution for submitting the same rejected ad 2 or 3 times until it gets approved?

Were you using the new or old profile? For kicks I used Login | Facebook and I couldn't complete the purchase for an ad I made.
