Facebook acting kinda strange

Wondering if anyone also has / had this problem with facebook, what happend was that I created 12 ads and let them go overnight (Central European Time). Turned out that I had maxad my account spending limit, $50. Made new 4 ads. The day after I received impressions for $0.03.

When I had this when I was starting out it was normally because either my ctr was shit or I'd done something daft like pausing the individual ads while unpausing the campaign, setting my campaign spend to be 1$ or much more likely, having my cpc bid too low for that given ctr. try increasing your bid in 10cent increments to see if it starts moving and then get ready to start lowering it until you find a sweetspot.

Well, my ads CTR is 0,12%-0,19% or more. And I bid around $0,05 more than the suggested bid.
I paused my ads around 3 AM, and when I started it again it wouldn't get any impressions.
