Kevin, where are you? I have emailed several times, no response. You have also not been on AIM since the software stopped working and it only worked for 2 days.

On May 16th, i bought the deluxe version for 223.20 with coupon code 'wickedfire' .

The software worked for only 2 days and was slow as hell because the proxy service that was provided did not work so i was told to purchase the monthly ProxyFirewall service "which i have found to be awesome" BUT, that service did not work with EasyAd Suite because it does not have the proper setup to log into the proxy service and that is needed with the proxy subscription.

I saw that craigslist changed their cathpa, i know that shit happens. But when you develop something and sell it, you need to stay on top of things.

Any idea what is going on or is anyone else having the same issue? I asked for a refund, so please just refund me so i dont have to do a chargeback and wait the 10 days to get a new debit card in the mail.

If the software ends up being what it is advertised in the future, i will buy it again, but for now, please refund me! Google order number Google Order #476422858592262 and it is under my roommates name, Ami.

Update, i contacted google checkout about this, and they responded to google telling them that i paid and gave my confirmation number yet they are not responding to my emails about the SOFTWARE NOT WORKING
 
Its working for me but I am having to manually enter the capcha. I also use the tor network for my proxy.
 
yes i have to use TOR also to get working proxy... but the reason i paid for the full version was to not have to enter the catchpa. Otherwise, id have paid for the 'under 100 dollar' version. the software is great and the idea of it is great, but its not doing what i paid for it to do.
 
That CL changed their captcha right after you bought the software isn't the developers fault. There's not warranties implied in the sale of the software. That's just the nature of this game. I've bought many a captcha crack that hasn't lasted long, it's just part of doing business this way. I say get over it an move on, there's always another way to go. Keep in mind had it been your software you wrote yourself or had a programmer make up for you, you could have maybe externally hosted a captcha solving page and hired Indians. But since it's bought software your hands are tied.

P.S. I'm not saying that you shouldn't get a refund, just saying don't dwell on it.

Not dwelling on it and i already found another way to do what i need to do.

Problem is i dont like being scammed and im calling it scam because they did not respond to my several emails,,, but then when google checkout emails them it took only a matter of hours for them to reply saying that they sent me the working softwate, etc. Thats shady and i dont like it.

Not dwelling on it because i will chargeback the card and get my money back either way, but i thought it would be civil for a response at least so i know if they are working on fixing the catchpa or if i am screwed out of my $$. Its shady and i dont like getting ripped off. no one does.

I don't understand how it is the software's fault craigslist changed their captcha. The software does exectly what it was designed to do only it became outdated pretty quickly, its not the programmers fault.
