If he does file for bankruptcy you still have a chance to recover your money. Its a process though, so you will need to decide if its worth it. When someone files a letter is sent to all creditors letting them know.

There are many ways the corporate veil can be pierced, especially when you are dealing with only 1 shareholder. Look up "Undercapitalization", there are many instances in the past where the corporate veil has been pierced because of outstanding debts due to siphoning of corporate funds by the dominant shareholder(s).
EWA can't pay their affiliates due to Undercapitilization, and judging by all the pictures Ryan Eagle has posted of his watches, cars etc... there is no doubt he has been mismanaging EWA and siphoning alot of the funds to his personal bank accounts.
If he hasn't been siphoning the funds to his bank accounts, then he is probably using EWA as his personal piggy bank and this makes piercing the corporate veil even easier.
I'm not going to pretend to be an expert in law, because I'm not, but there are many successful cases of the corporate veil being pierced because the shareholders are doing exactly what Ryan Eagle is doing right now... and Ryan Eagle has proof of his actions all over the internet.

Also, Ry seems to favor clip on suspenders, which have as much cache to them as clip on ties.
He should get his pants altered so that he can wear some real suspenders.
