Paying your bills isn't "investing in your business". To invest in growth, he should needs to use the remaining 10% that isn't an operational expense.

Too bad he spent it on cars, clothes and watches (but not property or shares strangely).

1 down 1000s more payments to go by the looks of the complaints here and so many other websites on the internet.
Help all the other people still waiting to get paid.

Explain the exact steps you took if you can.
How many emails you sent , how many calls you made , how many threats , how much time you wasted , how many lies you heard till you finally got your payment?

Hopefully others can follow your exact formula to get paid as so many others have gotten nowhere in their quest for EWA payment and are still waiting.

I don't know the exact number of e-mails I had to send, it was probably around 20-30. I received numerous empty promises saying my payment would be cleared up within the week, which never led to a resolution, this probably happened around 5 times. Might I add that this past friday (1-11-13) I was sent an e-mail by Savy that an ACH had been sent out and it would take up to 2 business days to reach my bank account. I have been paid by multiple networks recently on a friday via ACH and the payment have always reached my bank account by that following Monday morning. I decided to wait until Tuesday to e-mail back because I figured if I messaged them on Monday they would just reply back "it takes 2 days for an ACH to go through." I ended up sending ewa another angry email about the bullshit ACH and Savy replied today that they reversed the ACH and sent out the wire, it reached my bank account within a few hours today.

This whole issue made me very angry with EWA, they used to be my go to network and would never do business anywhere else besides them. As mad as I was I didn't make any threats though, I kept things civil, but I also told Ryan personally how I felt about the this whole dilemma. I guess any tips I can give people about getting their payment is just keep hounding them, if they don't answer you within 24 hours, send them another e-mail... sometimes I had to send an email for 3 days in a row before hearing back from them. Good luck to everyone on getting paid.
 
I actually had to physically go down to a cpa networks office one time to get paid. It was a surprise visit and they were shocked but did get paid and they soon went out of business. Has anyone tried stopping by the EWA offices to try and get paid?

I think I tried it with one network, can't remember who though. Paypal gave me money I was owed after a formal letter informing them that if they didn't respond within x days, we'd be seeing each other in Small Claims Court. I got the money after that letter.
