EWA DOES PAY - a short story from an EWA advertiser

These threads are great to read- How come Eagle never talks about the shit traffic that he receives? OR is it actually legit traffic? Enlighten please...

We signed up with EWA as an advertiser about 6 months ago. Several months passed before we found out all of the traffic they sent us was fraudulent (it went below our radar due to low volume). We went through a few weeks of back and fourth and eventually got all they we had paid them (about $2k) refunded.

All of you people posting about how EWA doesn't pay are probably the ones who sent us the fraudulebt traffic in the first place.

How much did Eagle pay you to write this? Nice try Ryan.

Yet everyday he is approving new affiliate suckers. Is there not an agency , the police , a court , the FTC anybody you can contact to cease all trading of his company till he pays all his customers and stops scamming people?
How can he be allowed to continue trading a bankrupt company who is basically stealing off all his affiliates and not paying anybody.
This is worse than a ponzi scheme. This is fraud and theft.
Are these crimes now not punishsable in the USA anymore?


Surely he has 100s if not 1000s of complaints now. He owes 100s if not 1000s of seperate affiliates money.

How in the world is he allowed to continue trading his business like this?

I heard in the usa if you fall behind on a few child support payments you can go jail.
Yet with 100s of people scammed and not paid he still continues trading with no repurcusions whatsoever. Everyday the scam continues with more new affiliates approved feeding the company money that he keeps and does not pay back.

Is he immune from the law somehow and is untouchable?

I agree with you completely. I blame the review sites as they watch these threads so they know a company is doing this as well. However when they get a complaint and do not post it because of the name then I feel they are just as guilty.

I can assure you when certain sites (I wont mention) get complaints that are approved to be posted they have to send proof just to get it moved to the question page. Yet there Sponsor networks don't even get posted.

Let's be real, anybody joining this network now is defiantly not word of mouth or from forums. They are from these review sites that still have them listed as awesome networks. No way after this many threads or complaints people have not tried to explain their experience with them on the review sites. This makes them thief's also IMO.
