EWA Account Suspended but..

I receive an notification from EWA that my account has been suspended due to copyright violation. When I asked how did I violated, they mentioned that I've used an "xxx" word in my advertisement , however I've check my ads, non of them contain this keyword as I'm direct linking to this offer.

Since my account is suspended, my current month earning is gone. I've requested them to show me where I put use the keyword and currently still waiting for their reply ( few days already). Do you think they will give back my earning if they have mistaken my account? Does anyone have similar experience with EWA?

(p/s: and how actually I can prove to them I did not use that word? Kind of in shock when receive this news... )

Btw, half a year ago or so. I was using a celebrity's name in my LP, and Ryan caught glimpse of it and revoked the offer + earnings. BUT, I fucking agree with him there, I did know and was informed that I shouldn't use celebrities in my LP's, but I did anyways.

but the thing is I'm still dunno how I've violated. If it is my ad, ( since there is no landing page ), can at least someone from EWA let me know which ad have been violated because at least I will know from today onwards and not repeat the same mistake again. I just want to say that I'm in the dark.
 
they're legit. if you arent lying you should be able to resolve.

I'm not surprised. My account was suspended a few months ago for supposedly sending some leads through proxies for one offer (even though all traffic verifiably came from Bing ppc). I didn't make a big issue of it as I was not out much $$ but was totally not impressed. In four years of AM with many networks my traffic was only questioned once before for one offer -and Azoogle PHONED me and we sorted it out easily.

Meanwhile EWA will just suspend you out of the blue with no prior communication, and my email exchanges with Tom afterwards were pretty half assed.

Same deal with EWA. Was promoting a credit report offer and got suspended for using PPC which wasnt specified as "not allowed" under offer specifications. Repeated attempts to solve this issue with Tom resulted in no action. No response from Ryan either.
Too bad because other than that it was a really good network to work with...
Ryan since you are active here maybe you can take a look at my case.
 
same deal here. really wtf EWA all I did was fill out the offers myself using proxies. I don't see what the fucking problem is I put in all real info using yellowpages.com.
 
EWA really has a script installed on their backend that everyday randomly selects an affiliate and suspends their account for X reason.

THEN they take all the $$$ they get to keep and spend it on black hooker midgets.

Being falsely accused and having your account suspended with no communication is no laughing matter. Anyways I made my point. Back to you OP.
