Estibot accuracy?

Can anybody tell me how accurate estibot.com is? I have a dormant domain that they valued at $4500. (no site, no traffic, no PR... just the domain name)

I have no immediate plans for the domain so how easy would it be to realise the full $4500 in a quick sale?

If I developed some content (quick and easy - I don't want to spend too much time turning it into an authority site or anything) and built some links and PR, would it significantly add to the value of the domain name or would the time spent on developing and promoting the site be better spent on other ventures so would it be better to push for the quick $4500.

Rates are inflated, unless it is generic and you can back it up with potential buyers or veeeery similar sales. Dnscoop.com can give you some other perspective, but then again, it is probably worthless.
Have multiple appraisals by some domainer community (or here), I would say.

I use estibot while hand registering a name. It the value is low, then I don't register it unless I think there is a mistake. But I don't use it much for buying and selling names from other domainers.
