C) Ryan seemed to handle it pretty professionally, If I had the logs I wouldn't send them to you either, that's your responsibility especially if you are going to make claims like this. As a person that runs a business I can understand his view and how he handled it, It wasn't Ryan involved personally so he gathered as much data as he could and made a third party decision as any CEO would on behalf of actions from his employees with risk management in mind.

D) This took WAYYYYYY longer to write then it should have becuase I hit quick reply and this GIF was going to town and it was really distracting...

I'll answer your points. :)
A. Agreed, I shared more information than I should have. What information did the AM share with me however? Information I'd given him.

B. As I said, this thread is for everyone else's benefit, not my own. And judging by the number of positive comments I've received in this thread and in private, yes, people have benefited.

In regards to the timing, this was in mid-April. The email exchange between me and Eagle started in June, so even letting him know took 2 months. It's only been 6 months since chatting with Eagle. I was erring between doing this and not doing this - I don't take ripping on someone's business lightly.

C. Personally, if I found out an employee of mine had committed a major breach of trust like that, they'd be gone. I've given Eagle his chance to "shine on his haters", as he loves doing.

I'd been erring back and forth about whether to post this for a while. Seeing that picture tipped the scales that tiny bit extra that got me to do it.

However, I didn't get more than I earnt. I earnt money, got a check for more than the money I'd earnt, made it back within days. I then made a further profit, and received a second check for that. I still have scans of both those checks if you're interested.

You can't put a price on justice. (did that sound lame?)

(and as a bonus, I had writing to do that I'd been procrastinating about. Spending some time writing all this has got me in the mood to do it)
