Erect fail ... way too busy to keep up with this thread on a daily basis and at the rate you guys were posting, when I'd check back it would be easily a full afternoon of work. Since I'm not around WF as much as I was early in the year, it turned into a clusterfuck.

yeah some reviews just suck, you should of taken a review. If you had written a review I probably would of just bought the list.

a decent review would help with understanding what is the op is offering.

I dont have time, but I will make him give a review to someone that will look over it all to get it done.

This "list" in general are a problem, do many selling some rehash over and over.

I told them I would do a review.

I just got pissed when the first 3 links I checked were not do follow as advertised ( from the do follow blog list) I suppose you looked at the short post I made. The pr was not on the url where the link was put so the sale thread was more of mystery link type.

I just spent the last 8 hours driving but let me know what you are looking for in the review zingo and I will do it first thing in the morning.

And fuck you guys that said you would do a review and did nothing or threw crap up.

It doesn't take that long to pull down five sites from each category.

first 5 forums I checked were dofollow.

checked 3 more blogs from the do follow blog list and they were not do follow

The domain master list is just a list of Universities, U of california, perdue, stanford, national geographic, Boston.com going down in pr. Go ahead and get a link - just let me know how long it takes you find a place to put your link on a page.

the internet marketing list had stanford.edu from the List folder, the comments were not do follow- meaning they had the no follow attribute.

If just the blog list were do follow I would spend the $10 or whatever the op wanted.
But it would cost more in the time to find a decent site to post a link on.

It should take a bit of checking before you find something wrong on a list, not as soon as you get in to it.

On the do follow blog comments either they didn't check the links or just copied them from somewhere.

The counter measure or safe guard is buyers doing reviews.
There are going to be people who want to rape a quick buck out people in this marketplace.
Or maybe they want to make a buck but really don't have a good product but no thought of theft.

If a seller doesn't offer any reviews that's on them, the thread will die or some people get their fingers burned.

But it isn't that the review copies are not being offered.

Some fire and brimstone needs to come down on some of the review begging.

In a way it's great that they attentively wait to get services or products for free. Maybe they are the only ones who will do a review for the seller.

But let's have some fun. How about if you take a review copy and do not post a review sometime in the next 24 hours it's a short ban.

I can't be alone in seeing this going on.
 
I see 2 parts to this problem of people rehashing lists. Obviously the dickheads doing the rehashing are 1. But the second part is the people buying the lists have absolutely zero scepticism about the origin of what they are buying. To the customers, the cheaper/more domains the better. Who cares where the guy got this thing? Did he make it, is it a rehash? They don't ask this question, the only question they ask is if they can get a free review.

Anyway, why DOESN'T it cost money to create a thread in the BST? It's not the perfect solution by any means, but I think these rehashing fucks/scammers would think twice about listing something in there if it cost 50 bucks or something to do so. And to people providing a legit service 50 bucks will be nothing in the scheme of things.

Also, maybe I'm just an asshole, but I'd have a lot more incentive to report these idiots if I knew it actually fucked their day up a little. Currently they can just come back tomorrow and scam some more unscathed.

A good first step to cleaning this place up would be to plainly charge some money to list a thread. Just automate it, it would be a part of making a thread in here just like picking an icon for your post.

I definitely see the people hanging out here constantly who fucking pounce on every auto approve list asking for a review. A lot of these reviews fucking suck too. I could write more but I'll just leave it there.

As someone selling lists on here from time to time it would be nice to see the review welchers get whats coming to them. It's super annoying to have someone solicit you for a review and then disappear never to be heard from again once they've got your stuff. And to top if off they are posting again an hour later in some other guys thread begging for another review. Ridiculous.

At BEST I'm sitting at a 50/50 ratio, fucks who took a review and were never heard from again to people who actually came through.
 
Post them here I will take care of the worthless reviewers, or reviewers that do give reviews after they took one from the provider.

I am also cleaning up the list providers, getting sick of the rehash and if something look just slightly off I will just perma ban. These motherfuckers this is this the place to pawn there rehash they are going to find out I am done with it.

This guy is really god damn annoying. On my most recent auto approve list HE asked me for a review and I agreed. I sent him the link to download, which expires within 24 hours. He didn't get the download according to him. So I sent him another link. Never heard from him again. Did he get the list? I don't know for sure. Possibility 1 is he got it and welched on the review. Possibility 2 is he again failed to download the list within 24 hours and never got it. I strongly suspect he got it, his last post in my thread saying he didn't get the list was at 01-02-2011, 07:47 PM. He made several posts on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. All these dates are well within the 48 hours my download was available to him.

I sent him a PM asking if he got the list, he never replied. Is it really that difficult to send me a short reply back after you solicit me for a review and fail to deliver?

Also, KEEP IN FUCKING MIND this guy is in EVERY auto approve list thread ever asking for a reivew(and leaving shitty worthless reviews). The other thing is, he has a blog commenting service so thats why he is hanging around here vulture style, scavenging every auto approve list to he found.

It's nearly blood boilingly(is this a fuckin word?) infuriating having this fucking guy take my ~2 weeks worth of work and use it in his service and not even have the courtesy to leave me a review.

For the sake of argument lets say I'm wrong and he never got it and just didn't reply to my PM because he's just an asshole.

TL;DR He leaves terrible reviews or no review at all, you can find him begging for free reviews in countless threads. He takes the free reviews and uses them in a service people pay him for. Despicable.

Id like to address some issues here.

1. First of all, I've been on this forum for close to 4 years now and have never had an issues with the moderators or infractions on this forum until today. I have also left reviews for every provider that has given me one with the exception of 1 or 2, doing a review of my history will show this. I have asked for many reviews and I have not always been given one or received the review after asking. I think with a solid history of responding back to 98% of providers that have given me a review copy and my clean history at this forum speak for itself pretty much.

2. Secondly, where the fuck do you get off saying I use every AA list I ask for reviews on in my service? Your not a customer of mine to verify this and your not a partner in my business to know if I do or don't. Yeah, I have a blog commenting service and yes I have used SOME of the list in my service, but I have not used every list I have bought in my service. I've got a folder full of purchased and free list I have been given that are not used in my service and used for myself personally.

^^ you have to right to think what you want, but lets get some shit straight. I asked for a review, you sent a link after I sent you my email. I didnt check my PM or email during that time afterward because it was NEW YEARS EVE and I had other things to do. Your link expired after 24 hours and I didn't bitch or moan about it.. hell I didnt even bother you and I updated your thread to let you know I didn't leave a response because I didnt receive it.

You were nice enough to resend and I did receive it. However I have been busy and caught up with other things to review your service. For that I am sorry, I'll send you your list back and I can promise you your URLs have not been used by myself or my service. If you check my history after the date you sent the AA list the 2nd time, you can see I almost have no "free review plz" for anything almost in BST after that time period cause I am too busy.

^^ are you serious? Yeah I am in every auto approve list because its something I'm serious about. I have sites of my own, I have clients, I have lots of web services that require links. Im gonna be up in BST all day every day every minute of the day buying links and getting them for free. Get a life dude. Why not ask LoopLine, who is a major seller of links here how many of his list I have purchased and how many I have gotten for free. Its going to be a 50/50% ratio. Im here to get links and thats what I am gonna do every day. Sorry you didnt get your 1 review from me, I let you down.. but dont shit on other peoples rep on this board without knowing all the facts brah.

^^ hate to tell you, I dont get every review I ask for, this is mute.

As far as the quality of my reviews, there are no direct strict guidelines for how reviews are done, therefor I feel like this is also mute. There is nothing that says you must do this or that for a quality review and who gives who the right to determine what a quality or acceptable review is when there are no guidelines? I gave what I thought I should give. For you to think its shitty is mute. You may think Coke is better then Pepsi, or that BMW's are better then Mercedes, but I hate to tell you brah thats your perception and not law here on WickedFire. Quality is perception, your never gonna win an argument about quality or perception.

Until there is a set guideline and rules on how to do reviews, this is all a huge pile of shit right here about "quality of the reviews". No one made you a moderator to judge how/what/when/where to do a review and whoever tries to set up guidelines for it will see a huge drop in people wanting to do reviews for providers because no one will really want to jump through the hoops that get set up except for a few people.

For the 2 people I didnt leave a review for, all I can say is I am sorry and didnt do it on purpose. You can have whatever it is back you gave me. Until then, find something worthwhile to bitch about and stop wasting time finding respectable members of this forum who might have dropped the ball once or twice, we are all human.
