I have been waiting on a $xx.xx (I know - you have got to be kidding me.) payment from Epic Direct for over a month now. I had an issue with my banking information; thus, I can understand some delay, but are they giving me the "run around?"
Is this normal for them? I am definitely glad I have moved my business elsewhere despite my respect for their brand.
