I just recently coded a script that can scrap user details from phpbb forums.
All you have do to is find a phpbb forum that suits your niche and has a open members list.

Prices are:-

1000 User details scraped :- $20
2000 User details scraped :- $35
3000 User details scraped :- $45

Payment should be made upfront via paypal.(pm for payment info)

Three review copies will be given of 500 user details scraping.
For review copy post on thread and than pm me with your forum url and email id to send report.

This may be a stupid question but how does one verify if the phpbb has the "open members list"? Do you have any tips for finding a forum in your niche? If you went to Google for example and typed in "automobile forum" the first one is vBulletin. The second and third search result, I can't tell whether it is phpbb or not. The fourth forum in the search result says phpbb in the footer. Is there a way to tell if it is phpbb if the footer has been removed?

The best way is to look for in a big database like bigboards.com..you can sort forums based on platforms/member/traffic etc..just find a suitable forum that suits your niche.

now your next question is how to check weather it has an open members list.For that you will need to visit the site..if you can see a members list without logging in with all user details than the forum is scrapable !!

usually its located on http://xyz.com/memberlist.php
