I own numerous eBook websites but dont capture peoples emails. I would like to learn how to capture peoples emails and send mass mails to these people. Additionally, what programs or services do you use? If you are sending emails to clients, how do you keep track of whom you sent the email to? Is there a program where you can enter someones email, the have that person receive a series of emails over a month period to try to convert that person into a sale? I know something like this must exist, as I have had it happen to me many times.
