Yes. He used to split a $120 monthly bill with his roommate.

$120 / 2 = $60

$428 is much more than $60.

So, by his statement it would appear that he misses paying a $60 a month electric bill compared to his current $428 electric bill.

I'm not a rocket scientist either...just an aeronautical engineer. Not sure if that helped me figure out the above problem.

It costs about $100-$150 in South Africa fora month for me. No AC. Sounds cheap but here isn't that cheap. I like when the cunts blame it on the recession what actually they causing......

PA here as well - I'm around $150 average year round. In winter I get raped by the oil man though.

Need to switch to coal or wood. $100 will get you through a entire winter.

Got all the usual appliances, a big AC, a server & main computer, and I don't think I've ever rung up over $80 in a month. Gotta love Montreal for that (and hate it for plenty of other reasons).
