Ryan Eagle lives in a busted ass townhouse and has a bunch of 7 year old used luxury cars. Yet, most members on this board would give their left nut to get on his "network". So what's your point?
while the post isn't accurate I get the sentiment; the place you live isn't necessarily reflective of your business. Some people are minimalists, some people don't like spending on themselves, some people who are "ballers" still have roommates by choice, or drive older cars.
Wrong, all of his cars are used and are at least 5 years old, minus the Range Rover. Even though they may look nice in pictures, they're used cars with miles. Despite that he likes to claim they're 2007's with low miles, they're more like 2003's and 2004's. Don't be fooled by the emblem on the hood...
You are making no sense. Your post is totally out of context when referring to Ryan Eagle. Oh and the information in my post is accurate...

used cars are a good value...some cars depreciate 20percent the day you take it off the lot...This just proves Eagle is about dat money

Hate? Nobody is hating here, just stating the obvious. There are threads calling others out about their house's and car's. Ryan Eagle is a self proclaimed "baller" and "grim hustler" from the "trap". His insecurities and stick like figure are mostly like the cause of his yearning for attention. His persona is a joke and is an easy target for jokes on this forum. From the Beiber web asset jokes to the other nonsense.
The basic response from nearly everyone except himself and his followers is: we get it, you made a bit of money, plenty of people have made and still make alot more then you in this industry and don't act a fool.
I do give credit where it's due though. Props to Ryan for being a man of his word and never screwing over anyone that he has worked with or who's worked for him. If more people adopted this strategy the world and this industry would be a far better place.

Hate all ya want, but Eagle balls outta control and is the real deal. It's easy to become jealous, but he's worked his ass off for everything he has.

For anyone that had a nice car knows. That feeling only lasts for a month, then its just a used car again.
As for real estate, read the millionaire mind. You'd be surprised how many of then didnt own nice homes in the early stages of their life.
You cant judge a person by stuff. I used to work for WAMU mortgage before they closed. I've had ballers with million dollar homes and 100k bmw 750i's, trying to pull their last equity just to keep floating. For some reason most had a very hard time letting go of that life style. Most were young money.
But in reality the bums with feed me signs outside, had a higher net worth then the ballers did. I learned you cant judge a book by its cover, as cliche as that sounds.
