I'm about to buy a bunch of .01 ebooks on Ebay so I can get some positive feedback. But apparently the seller of the ebooks will still get my home address info even though its a digital delivery....so gay.

What info do the sellers on ebay actually see? I made a fake primary shipping address but was worried they still might get my registration home address or my paypal home address. Any ideas around this?

Since they are slimy I don't want them having my home address and possibly spamming/bothering me there.

I have a feedback of 0 and need a little bit of feedback so people will actually buy from me. Please note I'm trying the idea Adrew Wee talked about. Sell ebooks for .01 that are filled with your affiliate links. I'll be losing money on the .01 ebook sale but hopefully will turn a profit from the affiliate links.

Actually I'm costing the ebook sellers money. They earn .01 but are charged .10 ebay listing fee plus paypal fees.

Why don't you sell penny ebooks yourself - that way you'll still get feedback.

- You can set up the mailing address you want to use within your ebay account. If you have made it up that's the they will see - even in the paypal payment.

Exactly. Also on eBay, description can be everything. My first sale many moons ago was a $170 knife. That was my first sale, and first feedback (pos). So, there are people willing to take a risk on a new seller.

If you need ebooks to sell, I think I have close to 60,000 or so. Haven't read a single one of them, but downloaded them for shits and giggles a long time ago. Let me know and I'll see if I can dig them up.

I've done it, never had any single problems with doing it when I first started out on eBay, they seen all my personal information but the fact remains if you don't want to release your information to the public like this then you probably shouldn't be using eBay.

All they see is the shipping address you give them. However there are a few tricks to finding other information on your account, like your phone number, so I would change that as well at least temporarily. I used to sell many products on ebay and had some dumbass call me 3 days after the auction ended to ask where their item was.
