eBay Trademark Enforment of Non-eBay Terms.

I just got an email from pepperjam about my ebay store sites. It seems as though eBay has requested that I no longer send them traffic from one of my largest eBay store sites because the site has a trademarked term in its domain name.

Now the kicker is that its not a eBay term, eBay has decided to now enforce the trade mark of other brands completely non-related to eBay its self.

Just wanted to give you guys running on epn the heads up about this. My sites been with them for almost 2 years and they just now decided to have issue with it. Watch out if you have trademarked terms with them.

It's always possible that eBay received a complaint of sorts from the trademark owner - I've had TM owners go straight to an affiliate company, rather than contact me or my host, in order to intimidate me to get my ad offline.

Just get a new domain name, and redirect away.
