There were like 10 or so other people claiming delayed payments on another "private" forum. Apparently, Eagle took care of them all. Still, he needs to get rid of his whole accounting team if they can't get payments out on time.

Mike - I apologize about your experience here with EWA and I've remained in constant communication with you and even gone out of my way to speak with accounting regarding this situation. We're currently in the process of scaling out our accounting team so response times are faster and the problems are far lesser.

In addition, you seemed to have completely left out all the communication from our side on this painting a completely different picture. Nonetheless, if anyone ever has an issue and accounting is not resolving it fast enough feel free to contact:

Ryan Eagle (ryan@eaglewebassets.com)
Jared Levine (jared@eaglewebassets.com)
Andrew (andrew@eaglewebassets.com)

Our new accounting ticketing system should be in place and then we can begin hiring new people shortly.

Accounting growing pains don't really explain why the payments are late in the first place. An "accounting ticketing system" isn't a replacement for solid accounting practices in the fist place.

What is to ensure affiliates they're going to get paid on time? A new ticketing system or a history of prompt payments?

Not trying to give you a rash of shit, just pointing out that to the potential affiliate, the promise of a new ticketing system doesn't hold near the water as the assurance that this is a "few and far between" occurrence.

Personally, I don't care if you're 20 years old, 60 years old, or 12 years old, as long as your business upholds its end of the relationship, you're gold. Unfortunately, it seems like you're putting out fires as they become public.
