They're in trouble because they didn't mention little details like side effects that may include death.
I don't think anyone's "next", because the only other industries where side effects may include death are tobacco, alcohol, and firearms. And I'm pretty certain those can't be advertised on Google PPC (except fine wine).

No, they're in trouble because you can't fit side effects into the 2 lines of an adwords ad.

Innovation is always there and even in Google PPC strategies. There are many drug advertisement firms who run PPC terms in manipulated ways and successfully advertise their business.
